The crafting process

We kick things off with a simple enquiry form to gather some quick info. I turn the info you supply into a custom digital mock‑up, and once you give the nod, I grab locally grown timber to start the base and start crafting your piece in the shed, knots, quirks, character and all. I have this thing for chasing the imperfections. I turn a digital template into raised handcrafted lettering. I finish everything off with a quick burn with the flame thrower to add some texture, add some varnish to protect it as best as possible and a nice chain so you can hang it with pride.


Once it’s done, I package it up and send it anywhere in Australia.
